This online help system provides information about the ArcWeb Toolbar and data sources for ArcGIS 8.3 and 9.0 users. With ArcGIS 9.1 and higher, you can connect directly to ArcWeb Services using Add Data > GIS Servers. A toolbar is not necessary, nor is the ArcWeb Toolbar supported for ArcGIS 9.1 and higher.
