If you purchased access to ArcWeb Services, live support is available from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday, except ESRI holidays. Before you contact support, be sure you have your customer number available (found on your e-mail purchase receipt). Live support is not provided for the evaluation period of ArcWeb Services, Public Services, or for content in Labs.
